1. Non-returnable or Non-exchangeable Products

In accordance with applicable laws and public health standards, all cosmetic, skincare, haircare, and fragrance products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable after receipt due to the following reasons:

  • To prevent tampering or prior use.

  • To maintain hygiene and public health.

  • Because they are personal-use, consumable items.


2. Cases Eligible for Return or Exchange

We only accept return or exchange requests in the following cases:

  • Wrong product received: If the item delivered is different from what was ordered.

  • Damaged or defective product: Provided the issue is reported within 48 hours of receiving the order.

  • Expired product: Must be reported immediately upon opening the package.

In such cases, Mazaya will cover all shipping and replacement costs.

  • The product must be unused, in its original condition, completely sealed, with all accessories and original packaging.

  • A purchase invoice or order number must be provided as proof.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of wrong or damaged products.

Mazaya reserves the right to amend this policy at any time without prior notice. Any updated version becomes effective immediately upon publication on our website.
